Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Life OS, operated by REBCO AI ("we", "us"). By using Life OS you agree to them.

Invitation-only access

Life OS has no public sign-up. Your account was created by a workspace owner, and your access can be changed or removed by them at any time — for example, if you leave the household or business the workspace represents.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your password confidential and use a real, working password of your own choosing.
• Enter financial information accurately to the best of your knowledge — Life OS is a record-keeping and planning tool, not a source of truth for legal or tax purposes.
• Don't use Life OS for anything unlawful, or to store data belonging to someone who hasn't consented to it being there.

Not financial or tax advice

Life OS helps you track, categorize, and plan around money you tell it about. It does not provide financial, investment, accounting, or tax advice, and nothing in the app should be treated as such. Decisions you make based on it are your own responsibility.

Shared workspace data

Data you enter into a joint or shared workspace (a joint transaction, a shared list) is visible to other members of that workspace according to their role. If you leave or delete your account, that shared data stays with the workspace — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what's kept and what's removed.

Account deletion

You can delete your own account at any time from Settings → Danger zone. If you're the sole owner of a shared workspace, you'll need to add another owner or remove the other members first, so no one else loses access unexpectedly.

Availability

Life OS is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim to keep it reliably available and backed up, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we're not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or bugs, beyond what the law requires.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
